Perfect!
Installed for my Land Rover sensor. Works perfect as the membrane. Careful though to not get it dirty before you install it.

Life saver
Have you ever bought a used car only to find that the intermittent wipers didn't work? Well, I did. Thought i was going to have to replace switches in the column, or worse yet, replace the rain sensor. This fixed my issue, and i only needed half of a pad. Like others have said, peeling it can be a bear. But it works, and works exactly as it should.

Excellent!! I would buy it again
EXCELLENT PRODUCT compatible with the rain sensor of the 2011 Chevrolet Captiva Sport 3.0 V6. With this pad, my vehicle's sensor is working like new. I had difficulty removing the red tape from the pad and contacted the supplier. Below are the instructions I received from the supplier, and then everything was easy and fine. 1) Cut the pad to the required size according to your sensor; 2) Remove the white tape and adhere that side of the pad to the sensor bracket; 3) With the pad now adhered to the bracket, remove the red tape. To remove the red tape, you should use this method: Use a hair dryer on a medium heat setting to evenly heat the red tape. Keep the dryer 6-8 inches away from the tape, moving it back and forth to prevent localized overheating. Heat for about 1-2 minutes. After heating, gently lift one corner or edge of the tape using your fingernail or a plastic scraper. If you still feel significant resistance, do not force it. Return to step one and continue heating until the tape can be lifted. Once the red tape is removed, adhere that side of the sensor bracket to the windshield. Critical steps: a) Install at ambient temp, don't warm the gel. b) Clean the windshield with lint-free cloth + rubbing alcohol/glass cleaner (remove dust/oil). c) Press the bracket firmly against the windshield for 30โ60 seconds to squeeze out air. d) Let cure 2โ4 hours (or overnight) without moving/adding weight. e) install the sensor in the bracket

Worked for Lexus IS250C 2010
I wasn't sure because it wasn't explicitly stated in the description but I just used one of these on a 2010 Lexus IS 250C. The windshield was replaced recently and the rain sensor stopped working. All I did was I detached the sensor from the window (there was no gel on there) and used cleaning alcohol wipes on the glass and on the black part of the sensor. I then cut one of the gel packs to the size of the black part of the rain sensor and applied the "white" side of the gel pack to the window. It looked a little large because the black part on the rain sensor is a little smaller than the gap on the window. I then pushed out all of the air bubbles with my finger then removed the gel tape cover on the red side and pressed the sensor back on the windshield and inserted the clip. The red side was a little challenging to separate from the gel, especially when already on the windshield, so I would recommend lifting up a corner before you attach it to the windshield. I wasn't sure about my particular car but it turns out it works for probably most cars. The whole thing was pretty easy actually and I am not a car guy. I now have 2 other gel packs I don't need which is fine. Maybe I'll need the gel again someday or more likely it will go into a drawer and never see the light of day.

2012 Cadillac SRX
This is my wife's car and the auto wipers would intermittently work. I noticed from the outside that there was a air bubble between the sensor and glass. The windshield has been replaced a couple years ago but we didn't notice an issue then. I removed the sensor and found that it was just stuck to the windshield with a clear sticker gel pad that was on the red lense that pops off had come loose. I did a lot of research but couldn't tell if this was the right stuff to use. Non of the auto parts places carry this that I could tell. Just took a couple minutes of trimming to get this square to the right size. The red side is more difficult to remove than the white side. Stuck it back on and bam! Wipers work in auto now! Plus I have spare pads. I did drop the first one and get dirt on it, so I threw that one away.
