Rather high dose of methylated B vitamins. Started off slowly, taking it every four days or so, trying not to overload my system. Well balanced, hard for me to find in a multivitamin. Would and will buy again. Good for stress management.

I don't know if it's a placebo effect or not, but I do seem to notice some benefit from taking these. The effect does not seem to wear off if I take these multiple days consecutively, meaning I don't see a degradation over several days as if I'm developing a tolerance. I do like that the recommended dose is 1 pill/day, rather than multiple pills at once, or spread throughout the day.

Between joint health and heart health supplements, it seems that we're taking so many per day and I am glad this recommends 1 capsule per day. This by Vitamin B Complex by the Nootropics Depot Store seems to have a good volume combination of vitamin B variations and helps sustain energy throughout the day. I typically take this after lunch and don't come across the typical 3 pm fatigue/sluggishness I previously used to experience (after about 3 weeks of daily consumption). No negative side effects observed.

This product contains a variety of B vitamins that are designed for energy and cognitive support. I started taking B vitamins with extra B12 years ago when I was found deficient of B12. This product contains higher doses than what I had been taking before. From what I am reading online the high doses of these B vitamins are recommended for various groups of people, i.e those with a deficiency, the elderly, people who engage in vigorous physical activities, those with mental stress, and people with certain health problems or unhealthy habits like smoking or drinking. I am not sure if I am in one of these categories (perhaps elderly at age 69). I am not currently deficient in B vitamins so I didn't notice a profound effect after I took it but I did think that I felt more awake and had more energy about an hour after taking it. The capsules are medium sized and easy to swallow.

I rarely notice effects from vitamins, but this Inifini-B feels noticeably energizing to me and seems to improve my mood on days I take it.The dosages of the b vitamins in this are definitely on the high side, bordering on "megadose". I personally would prefer lower, less extreme doses - but I can't deny the positive effects and energy increase that I've gotten from taking this.NootropicsDepot makes excellent supplements, and I trust that there was extensive research put into this formulation...I just tend to avoid such high doses of vitamins in general. That being said, it agrees with me well and I haven't any side effects.Overall - very energizing b vitamin supplement. It works for me, whereas a lot of other b complexes have not.
