Iodine, iron, vitamin A, C, copper and manganese are what I looked for and found in these. They're easy to swallow, no aftertaste.

So far so good. I like the price and quantity for a bottle that lasts a whole year. They are a big pills but it’s coated (bonus) and easy to swallow. It has no weird smell or taste and doesn’t upset my stomach. Highly recommend =)

This is a good vitamin-mineral for me - I'm in my late 60s and have always tried to take a good mult-vitamin/mineral supplement to ensure my body has the necessary elements for cell building blocks even when I don't eat as well as I should. The one-a-day pill is a bit large, but I've not had any trouble swallowing it. Good value for my health.

These multi vitamins are loaded with every kind of vitamin and very well priced. My wife is taking them with positive results so far.

Although a bit on the large size, I find these vitamins easy to swallow and they don’t smell or taste bad like some other brands I’ve tried. The telltale sign that a multivitamin is working well is the results of your bloodwork. I recently got my bloodwork done and all my levels were in normal range…even B12 which I tend to be deficient in. I love the reasonable price and the quantity you get. This is a great product that I highly recommend! Good stuff!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I know this gives good supplement of b12.. I used to always get mouth ulcers as soon as I took this I stopped getting them
