I tried to make salt and vinegar wings, fries and a couple other things. This tastes like nothing. I literally rolled some wings in it and the chicken tasted unseasoned even with a baked on crust of this. Not worth. Dont buy.

Adds tang
This powder adds quite a tang to whatever food you put it on. We’ve used this to add flavor to beans and soups and also by adding it to the dry rub for meat. Tastes great.
