I like these, they are simple to mould to your mouth shape and effective. I wear it regularly, but not every night, and it has taken several months before I have finally bitten through it. Good job it's a pack of four!

Wow how good are these , ive spent hundreds of ponds at dentists getting ones made . These work just a well as a lady fedinately get the small ones

It would have been helpful if there was better guidelines on the sizing. Bought small and its really for a child so, not really suitabl. Other than this it has a good hygiene seal, individual cases and is good value.

Easy to follow instructions. Fits perfectly and doesn't give you that 'gag' feeling. I used it for my lower teeth. Really pleased with this product and would definitely recommend to stop teeth clenching.

Absolute rubbish! First one melted despite following instructions exactly and timing.. 2nd one stretched into a long thin shape, there was no saving them so went in the bin. Went to the dentist and got a proper set!

I have fibromyalgia and have recently been diagnosed with TMJ as well. Have worn a mouth guard on my upper teeth to protect against grinding for years. Thought perhaps wearing a guard on my lower teeth would help with tension whilst I slept. Spoke to dentist but they didn’t feel it was a good idea. I saw these and given the low cost, decided it was worth the gamble. I found it was easy to mould the guard following the instructions. The only issue I had was that the guard was quite deep and pressed into my gums. I managed to trim it down, which was not easy. I thought it might affect the fit but luckily not. have only been using for a short while but am already feeling the benefits. I still have tension, but is not as bad. I’m also waking up with fewer and milder headaches. Definitely recommended trying by anyone experiencing similar problems especially give low cost

If you fit this product as told it works great. I have worn night guards for probably thirty years. They are super expensive when getting through my dentist. I will use this one going forward as it does the job and is reasonable. This is the second box I ordered and BOTH cases were cracked due to packing!! The guard itself was fine.

These are the first sleep guards that I tried. I tongue thrust so this really comes in handy for that. The instructions were easy to follow and allowed me to get the perfect fit for my teeth. They are really comfortable and mold easily with the method explained on the package. I feel like my teeth are protected and they function well. through

What I received wouldn't fit most 10 years olds let alone an adult. Fits the front teeth pretry good but doesn't even cover my back 2 teeth. Not proportionate at all.
