Water floss effectively cleans the stuck debris, it's easier to reach those small spaces, and it's pain free.i have gaps because of braces in past, keeping them clean with water floss is easier now. need little bit practice to use initially.Water pressure is very good. It comes with 2 attachments (regular and tongue cleaner), 5 water pressure, 3 modes (normal, pulse and point) and travel pouch, so, easy to carry n compact size. It gives. clean and fresh feel. The product built quality is also good and sturdy. Tongue cleaner is also very effective in cleaning. Overall, worth the money.

Hi, it’s been 3 months since I’ve been using this product almost every night. First of all, I haven’t had the need to charge it again so extremely good battery backup. Then the cleaning modes are pretty versatile, although I tend to stick to the less pressure one as my gums are super sensitive. And, even with the low pressure, it cleans effectively. One small concern around the tongue-cleaner tip, genuinely have not been able to figure out how to use it the right way even after watching a few tutorials. So, my suggestion would be to provide another regular nozzle tip instead of the tongue-cleaner one.

Very disappointing experience with the Perfora Water Flosser and their customer support team. Initially, the water pressure was excellent, but within a few months the pressure dropped significantly, making the product far less effective. I reported the issue while the product was still under warranty and shared all the information requested, including videos demonstrating the problem. Unfortunately, the customer support experience has been extremely frustrating. Despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. The support team repeatedly delayed the process, and my support chat was even closed before the issue was resolved. As a customer, I expected a quality product backed by reliable after-sales service. Instead, I experienced poor communication, delayed responses, and a lack of accountability regarding a genuine warranty claim. Based on my experience, I am disappointed with both the product's durability and the level of customer support provided. I hope the company improves its quality control and customer service processes so that other customers do not face similar issues. Not recommended based on my experience.
