Service -I’ve ordered this product on Wednesday after a day I’ve received. Same day I received call from installation team. Ramesh Installed the lock next day which was very quick. 10/10 on service.Product -Product is 8/10 lacks function like Wi-fi. Batteries aren’t provided so you’ve to get it from outside. Fingerprint recognition is good feature along with nfc card. Appearance wise also it looks good. Ease of use any can set it up it’s that easy.
