Searching for a good 100% mineral sunscreen that works, this was one of about 5 that I bought to try. And by far the best! I combine it with a light squirt of my Pat McGrath foundation to tint it a bit. It works so well, stays smooth and perfectly hydrated all day - no cracks or little dry skin patches, doesn't settle into lines. You can put more foundation over it if you choose, no problem. And I love the fact that it's a pure mineral sunscreen. I also appreciate that it's not already tinted because the tinted sunscreens are always too orange or yellow for me - tinting it yourself gives the perfect shade! This stuff is amazing!

I have fair to medium skin, when using 2 fingers worth, this sunscreen leaves a slight tone-up effect that evens out the skin tone. If you have a darker complexion, I think this will definitely leave a white-cast. The finish is satin, dry to the touch and not oily. I have combination skin and when using this, my T-zone feels comfortable, but my dry zones feel a little tight. I know this sunscreen has hydrating formula, but I think this sunscreen is fit for oily and normal skin, probably combo skin with proper hydration prior to using, but probably not for excessive dry skin. I like that this is mineral as I've had issues with chemical sunscreen stinging my eyes. This doesn't sting my eyes at all. This has no noticable strong scent and the cream is lightweight and easy to blend into the skin. So far, I like it.

I'm on my second bottle of this sunscreen! It's my favorite mineral sunscreen I've found so far. Pros: -Dries down to a really nice, satin-matte finish. Does not feel oily or greasy, even at the end of a long day. -No harsh or offensive smells -Wears well under makeup -Seems to do a good job of protecting skin from the sun, I have not noticed any sunburns while wearing this -Has a "brightening" effect on the skin with its slight white cast, but this may be a con for some depending on skin tone (see "Cons" below) Cons: -I'm Korean American and my skin tone is pretty light. Even so, I have to really rub this sunscreen in to avoid a white cast. Once I've fully rubbed it in, it does blend in after a few minutes and the white cast is less noticeable. If you have darker skin you may have trouble avoiding white cast with this one. -Something about the texture of this sunscreen makes it very evident if I have any dry patches of skin. I have to really moisturize well beforehand.

I have rosacea and very dry, sensitive skin. I use the probiotic essence from Haru Haru and love it so figured I would try their sunscreen. Because of my sensitive skin I have to use zinc oxide products but always struggle to find something that works under make up and after skincare. I LOVE this sunscreen. It’s super lightweight, doesn’t make my skin itch, doesn’t cause rosacea bumps, and goes perfectly over my skincare and under my makeup. It’s actually pretty hydrating so most days I put it directly over my essence and skip a separate moisturizer. I have light medium skin with golden undertone, so it does leave a slight white cast but nothing that can’t be blended with some tinted serum or foundation with bronzer. I only wish it came in larger sizes!

White Cast: Most zinc-based mineral sunscreens are going to give you a white cast. This one is better than most, but still so so white on colored skin! Even with makeup on top, I looked pale and patchy. I gave it some time to settle in, tried to pat it in again, but I looked almost white-purple? I could absolutely not go out in public without wearing makeup on top. Moisture: The formula doesn’t have enough humectants to balance out the dryness that zinc usually gives. I like my sunscreen to add a bit of a sheen to my skin. I’m oily/combo and this is the only way to stop my skin from getting super oily during the day. This dried me out like crazy, even after a hydrating mist, hydrating serum, and heavy moisturizer. It immediately erased any shine I had on my skin. If you like that, awesome! I hate that, personally. Overall: I will be returning this unfortunately, and continuing my search for a sunscreen that won’t clog my pores or activate my rosacea. The ingredients in this are amazing, but it just isn’t made for melanated skin. I super hope Haru Haru comes up with a tinted version of this!

I’ve been really happy with this moisturizer. It has a lightweight texture that absorbs quickly without leaving my skin feeling greasy or sticky. It layers well with the rest of my skincare routine and feels comfortable whether I use it in the morning or before bed. A little goes a long way, and it leaves my skin feeling hydrated and smooth throughout the day. I also appreciate that it doesn’t have an overpowering scent, making it a good option for anyone who prefers more subtle skincare products. The packaging is easy to use, and the product feels like it belongs in a higher price range. After using it consistently, my skin has felt softer and well moisturized without feeling heavy. Overall, this is a great everyday moisturizer that delivers lasting hydration with a lightweight feel. I’d definitely purchase it again.

This is my most repurchased product. Contains soothing ingredients that don’t irritate my acne prone skin. Additionally, this is the only mineral sunscreen that doesn’t leave a thick white cast (on light/medium tone skin). Feels so light and works well under makeup.

for this sunscreen to be 100% mineral without any chemical mixed in, it's a solid sunscreen. Right off the bat I want to say it does leave a horrible cast on me upon application but as I rub it in and let it absorb, 90% of it goes away. On days I am wearing makeup (I dont wear foundation, only spot correct with concealer), the cast is a bit more noticeable but not horrible. Its doable for my skin tone. I am unsure if this would work for darker skin tones. As a reference, I am a fair olive skintone with neutral-cool leaning undertones. When I used to wear foundation, an almost exact match for me was F2 Olive in "The Reformer" from about-face. So again, I don't know if this would be a cast-free sunscreen for medium to deep skin tones. This having absolutely zero chemical sunscreen in it makes it sting-free which I struggle finding. It doesn't mattter if a fraction of a sunscreen is chemical and the rest mineral, it will STING my eyes so Im happy this one doesn't. The texture is definitely velvety, satin-like. I have dry skin and I find that if I put this on without moisturizing first, it will cling to some dry spots and almost flake? It doesn't happen when my skin is properly moisturized though. Theres no fragrance which is a plus as a chronic migraine haver. I have attached a picture of me with it on with no makeup. Overall, I give this a solid 8/10(

I bought this for my 4-year-old and it’s been great. It’s very gentle and not sticky at all, and doesn’t stain clothes, which is a big plus. I’ve also used it on my face and neck a few times—no irritation at all and it feels very lightweight with no stickiness, which I love. The only downside is that it can be slightly drying, and if you don’t prep your skin properly, makeup doesn’t sit very well on top. So I’d recommend using it mainly on no-makeup days. Since it’s a mineral sunscreen, it does leave a bit of a white cast, but not enough to make you look ghostly. It can actually give a bit of tone-up effect if that’s what you’re after (for reference, I have Korean skin tone).

Un súper producto, no deja la cara demasiado blanca y además después de unos minutos se adapta al color de la piel. Debajo del maquillaje funciona perfectamente. Yo lo compré porque es mineral y es menos probable que tenga reacción alérgica porque mi cuello es sensible. No es grasoso ni seca, tiene la consistencia perfecta para piel mixta.
