Great little timer. I used this exact one at my physical therapy center, so I figured I may as well stick with what I know how to use and one that I know works well. It’s easy to set the time. The signal is very loud, perfect for when I use it for other purposes at home (like cooking) and I am not near the timer. You can hear this from rooms away! You can clip it onto your clothing or bag, use the ‘easel’ stand on the back for tabletop, or the magnet to stick on your fridge or anything metal.

I love this thing it's loud ,super easy to adjust the time, the only thing I wish that it was rechargeable but the battery is last so long that I don't think that's going to be a problem. I could recommend this to athletes that want a time to work out or for cooking

I ordered this keep time between sets of exercises at the gym. It’s easy to set, to read and loud enough to hear without being super disruptive to other people. It’s tiny and I love that I can clip it to my bag or even my collar when doing farmer carries. Love it!

These digital timers are used by my physical therapy clinic. I purchased to save time and counting-to-myself stress. I use the timer in 30-second intervals saving time by getting through my workout routine effortlessly.

I’ve been using the Body Sport Digital Timer for my rest periods between sets in the gym and overall I’m pleased with how it performs. It’s simple, it works reliably, and it fits into my routine without fuss. What I like: - The count-up and countdown features are easy to use and set with only a few buttons. - It’s clear and readable, which makes timing rest periods between sets quite straight-forward. - Compact and straightforward — I don’t need a bunch of extras for what I’m using it for (simple rest timing). - The included AAA battery means I was ready to go right out of the box. What could be improved: - I found it a bit pricey for what it is. While it delivers the core function, for the cost I had hoped for a few more bells and whistles. - I would have liked an option to lower the volume of the beep/alarm. The signal is clear and loud — which is good — but in a gym environment or if others are nearby, a slightly quieter alert would be a welcome feature. - No major flaws, but the “premium” feel is somewhat lacking given the price point — for example, a magnet backing or stronger mounting option would make it more versatile. Verdict: If you’re looking for a no-frills digital timer for gym rest periods, classes, or even kitchen timing, this is a reliable choice. It gets the job done and does it well. Because of the few enhancements I’d liked to see (especially the adjustable beep volume) I’m giving it 4 stars rather than 5.

The simplicity in using this product is ideal. I don't need all the bells and whistles.
