Great set. Cheap and you get so much.
I bought these because all other miniatures I found were so expensive. These are not perfect, but for the price they are amazing. You get so many of them and they are pretty darn good quality. A couple of them had a couple of missing pieces, and as some people have said a couple of the bases were bent and hard to get back into shape because it is pretty soft. But you get 98 of these things! You can't find a better value. The VAST majority had no issues at all. I still probably had 94 that were perfect to use. Two FYI's I am also painting with acrylic paints and that is also sticking just fine I haven't counted but I think the black vs white ones you get is about 50/50

Not Perfect but absolutely worth the price.
For the price alone I believe this is a great value but I do have some concerns. First, they are soft rubber figures, not solid plastic. This is an issue because they are shoved into that container for a long time and they get bent and deformed. I had to throw out about 8 of them because they would not stand up and are unusable. I would still recommend them but I would sugggest doing what I did and storing them in a plastic organizer box so they keep their form and so they are easy to find.

Pretty nice for the money!
Got these today and sadly they aren't exactly what I need, but I could definitely recommend these for a few reasons. You get quite a number of decent-looking minis for what you spend: they're practically pennies each and you get almost 100. Great variety of monsters and people of all sorts of races, and I honestly liked the monsters the most. My gripe was they don't look THAT terrific (which is understandable given how affordable they are) and they're all a bit big for 28mm D&D gaming, particularly the people like the knights and skeletons (again, though, the monsters like the Griffon definitely could still work well for that). They also came in with a lot of really bent figures (could probably be fixed with hot and cold water trick). I'll personally err on the side of quality over quantity and instead build up some Reaper minis but if you want a bunch of stuff for little overall cost: definitely worth a grab!

Decent set of fantasy creatures
Nice assortment of fantasy figurines. Listing states there are 92 figurines included, container states 90 - I received 90, which included one broken and one missing (only received the stand for a horse.) I can glue the broken centaur, but only have 89 useable figurines. Container arrived broken and damaged within box - figurines scattered within. We are using these for Dungeons & Dragons - they are a bit large but will work. It didn't bother me, but if you plan to use them like army men, the creatures aren't all evenly divided into sets. Dragons- 4 grey, 5 silver (9 total) 5.5cm tall, 5.6cm long, 2.3cm wide Horses- 4 grey, 5 silver + extra stand (assuming broken/missing horse) (9 total, 10 if you count the stand) 7cm tall, 5.1cm long, 2.9cm wide Centaur- 4 grey, 5 silver (9 total, 1 broken) 5cm tall, 4.3cm long, 2.9cm wide Orc- 4 grey, 5 silver (9 total) 5.1cm tall, 2.5cm long, 3.1cm wide Fairy- 4 grey, 5 silver (9 total) 4cm tall, 1.7cm long, 1.7cm wide Skeleton - 4 grey, 5 silver (9 total) 5.6cm tall, 4cm long, 3 cm wide Two-headed troll- 4 grey, 5 silver (9 total) 5cm tall, 2cm long, 2cm wide Wizard - 4 grey, 5 silver (9 total) 5.5cm tall, 2.5cm long, 3.2cm wide Archer- 4 grey, 5 silver (9 total) 5.1cm tall, 2.4cm long, 3.4cm wide Halfling- 4 grey, 4 silver (8 total) 3.7cm tall, 1.8cm long, 2cm wide

Great tabletop gaming figures for the price!
Great cheap fantasy minifigs. They sure aren’t Ral Partha, but for the price they are perfect for the casual gamer. The plastic they are made from is soft, some of them may need some straightening out to stand upright reliably, but some boiling water to make them more flexible and an ice bath to harden them up in a good position is an easy fix. Again, not perfect, but for the price they’re great. With some primer they’d probably be paintable, but I might expect some flaking later on - this stuff is softer than lead!

These will do quite nicely!
I was wondering whether this would come with a handful of poorly made, low quality globs of plastic, because official fantasy RPG figures are insanely expensive. In fact, even a plastic tube of poorly-made farm animals (from a 'craft' store -- you know which ones I'm talking about) tends to be exorbitant. These figures are surprisingly detailed (and really, if you want more detail than this you would probably enjoy crafting your own). Material - these are made from the same plastic that old army-men are made from. This means that you get figures with bent legs or weapons and those little tabs of excess plastic from the mold. Just bend them straight and cut off excess plastic with an exacto. Detail and Quality - These are molded plastic, so there is a limit to the detail and quality that you can get. However, they are surprisingly detailed. Although they show the typical lines and indications of the molding process, they do not have the disproportionate or lopsided body parts that you often get with molded plastic. They seem to be easily paintable. All figures have a sturdy base. Variety - It looks like there are approximately 8 of each figure (4 light grey, 4 dark grey), and 10 different figures: Skeleton, Unicorn, Fairy, Dwarf, Dragon, Wizard, Centaur, 2-Headed Ogre, Orc, Elf I do recommend these if you want reasonably detailed characters for fantasy play without the cost or effort of anything hand-crafted. Also, they're not a complete rip-off, like what you find elsewhere. They may not be collectors' items, but these will do quite nicely!

Deeply flawed but maybe worth your dime
Alright, There are a lot of problems with these in terms of use for gaming in 28mm, for D&D, Warhammer etc. and they're not exactly amazing as regular kids toys either. I have seven complaints, and hopefully some solutions. First and foremost, the plastic they're made from is a terrible mix of stretchy, bubblegum-texture and crumbly. This means that thin, unsupported elements may as well be hot mozzarella, and weapon shafts, limbs etc will deform under their own weight. A hot water treatment won't help, as it will for other plastics. Secondly, the sculpts don't generally compensate for this. If they were chunkier, with thicker limbs, and more elements bound to each other, it would be better even if the plastic wasn't improved. The limbs... hands and wrists, are bizarrely skinny. The horror/'monsters' variant of this product line has chunkier sculpts that work better with this material, for example the crouching werewolf. The only sculpt in this lot that works well with this plastic is the two headed ogre. Third, they're not deeply cut or detailed enough to reward a paint. There are few details for a drybrush to catch or a wash to sink into. All of the ones I ended up using required lots of X-acto cuts and green stuff application to have suitable interest and texture. Fourth, many have mold lines and highly visible joint lines. You can’t file this stuff, you'll have to slice. Fifth, the scale is off for 28mm wargaming/D&D, they're too big in many cases. That's a common flaw in these types of figures, at least. Sixth, they take most paint and primer poorly, leaving primers (I tried four kinds) sticky and eventually soaking through paint over the primer. Figures painted 8 mos ago with Rust-Oleum prime under acrylic paint and spray seal are still sticky and collect dust and pet hair. The most successful primer has been Tamiya brush on. Sculpt quality varies. - Two headed ogre is a great sculpt, probably roughly in scale for D&D if smallish for an ogre/ettin and easy to create variants simply by clipping horns. I also did a single head surgery version and an involved weapon swap, but they weren't necessary. The best one here. Stands up by itself. - Axe orc is very good, but will need the axe clipped off and replaced with a toothpick shaft, like most weapons here, they will be flaccid and floppy otherwise. It will stand up by itself. - Dwarf is decent, also needs weapon replacement. You can clip horns for variant. - Dragon has a mold flaw along spine that needs filling. Otherwise meh. - Unicorn won't stand up by itself and needs support pole or armature wire leg prosthetic. Not bad otherwise. - Pixie could use a leg drilling and rod prosthetic but it's not 100% necessary. Cute sculpt - Minotaur isn't terrible, maybe needs support maybe doesn't, and a weapon swap job. I cut abs and loincloth detail into mine and added a string necklace. - Wizard is bad, much too large, with awkward hand. I redid staff to be different styles but it's unnecessary. - Female elf archer isn't terrible but her legs bend too much, she'll need a tactical rock to be viable. Could do a variant where you clip the bow and add a sword, and put the knights shield on the nocking hand. -;Knight is bad. bland and oddly posed, as well as too thin to work. Some surgery might make him passable, or cut him up for scatter terrain and bashing. Sword has to go. - Griffin is a bit undercooked and wonky but passable, a saddle would be a nice variation. - centaur is meh, you can clip his weird arrow bouquet off or reduce it to one arrow. His shoulder gap will need filled. - Naga has a really bad exposed joint that needs filled, as well as overthin wrists, overlong arms and a spear that might as well be string. Spear has to go. - skeleton is the worst. Way too thin and floppy. One decent fix is to replace his shield with a tower shield (I used the unicorn's base, since I rebased all the models) to add stability and interest without an artificial looking support. Now, what's the upside? They're dirt cheap. Roughly 25-35 cents each depending on shipping. Hard to argue with that, especially if you're not looking to paint and just need a lot of figures, if they're party favors... Or if your kid wants to get in on your mini painting but isn't understanding the severity of James Workshop's pricing model and why they can't have "Consanguineous, cousin triumphant Exarch" or "lukburzz, candle MLM premium salesork warchief" to paint like you. You're seeing the results of that compromise above 🤣

These are toys not 28mm minis
I've used these beside my dnd minis and other pawnlike objects for a few months and yeah they're not 28mm "heroic scale". These are not minis, These are kids toys made of cheap durable plastic for five year olds to yeet across the playground with their mud pie soaked fingers. However if you aren't too particular about exact sizing these can be useful to start out getting more than a foamcore token on your game table. If you want to paint these toys, you should wash them with soap beforehand then make sure you have a good coat of primer. I had to go back and reprime my wizard after the paint started peeling off (which I accidentally overprimed with the spraycan 2nd go, still learning). Scale notes: The dragon, unicorn, minotaur, snakeman, centaur, and dwarf are close enough to heroic scale they don't look too out of place. The orcs aren't out of place since orcs are bigger than humans, but don't mix and match well with heroic scale orcs. The Archers wizards and knights are closer to giantkin than heroic scale human. The fairy is bigger than human minis. The ettin is the odd one out because to me they look too small (not certain since I don't have a scale ettin since I don't intend on introducing any in my game soon, and even if I do, this set has six).

It doesn't come with 90 figurines
The product came on time but was missing some figurines. I only had 84 out of the 90 the packaging promise.

low quality clickbait
The playset advertises itself as a "98 piece monster collection". It is not. I bought this set to use it in my tabletop rpg game, and I was very disappointed with what I received. The entire set was simply multiples of five different models, the only difference was that half of them were a different colour of grey. The models themselves were badly balanced, made with soft, cheap plastic, and made in such low resolution I almost thought I had sudden onset dyslexia. Save your hard earned money for real battle minis.

D&D Fantasy Creatures
We just started using this collection of fantasy creatures and we had fun with them so far! However, it would bee nice to see some goblins and bugbears added to this collection.
