Do you need helium tank or manual air pump?

Air pump works best! I used one of those air pump machines you can get here on Amazon and it stayed up very well even in the heat. Kids had a blast popping the arch after the party!

How long is the arch strip?

more than 30 ft. we only used part if the strip

How long does it take to blow up and assemble?

it took me1 hr to blow them all up by mouth and another hour set up all the other stuff totally worth it so cute the tail is huge its not small

How do you get it to stand up?Does it have to be attached to something ?

There are clear sticky dots that is very sticky and it keeps the whole tail up.
