Fit was exact
Just like the original product, and worked well after installation. Hopefully I can get a few more years out of the carpet cleaner.

Direct replacement
This assembly was a direct replacement. The previous part had a rapid unscheduled disassembly of the plastic turbine disk. As a result, fluid would only drip out instead of eject under pressure. Replacement was fairly easy. The new assembly has the carpet cleaner functioning like new! I just wish this part didn't cost so much (it was over 60% of a brand new carpet cleaner).

Perfect fit
found the bearings on my hoover rug cleaner had seized from the water they saw as they turned the brushes for the rug cleaner. Ordered this part and it fit perfectly and easy. A far cheaper solution to replacing the rug cleaner.

Broke only after a few uses
It has already quit working after a dozen uses. Now I'll have to tear it all apart again and wait for parts. It was supposed to be good for five years like the original one, not five months. I can't find anywhere to contact the seller to resolve this.
