Would an iPhone 8 be able to fit inside this wallet without scratching? Would it be too tight?

I would say no, an iPhone would not fit. It is a wonderful wallet to hold cash and cards. Not a phone case.

Will this bend my cards?

HI Had no problem with permeant bent card issues ......however i have to bend them slightly to get them out but if your careful its ok Its a sacrifice to shoulder to get the smaller size wallet which is what I wanted, i guess. A lady would not like it .....Best cg

Will it hold the tile for wallets?

If the tile is the same size as a credit card then yes if it’s any thicker or not as long the answer is no. I hope this helps.

Does the wallet have a useable section behind where you would put the money and also a useable section behind where the credit cards go?

Yea it does! It’s got pockets on both side behind the cards and money side
