Hogwarts Legacy - Xbox One | English | EU Version Region Free

Played it on pc with the deluxe mods and fell in love. So, I purchased for my old One S so I could own it and continue playing for days to come. I still say its one of the most long-awaited games from my gen of peeps - cant wait for the follow up game and I hope they include quidditch in the next game as well as a redo on the world cup. The new quidditch game should be an additional buy if you're buying Hogwarts Legacy. Even though theres broom and other Wizarding Word Beasts you can ride in-game, if you want that thrill of chasing a snitchas this game is definitely lacking in that arena - still worth it though. Overall gameplay is amazing, graphics are beautiful and updated for modern gameplay. It is a slight change considering its not HP related like the old games but its far better than the others in terms of the actual play through. The story line is beautifully composed and its not lacking in lore and wand-works. The open world adventures are great (hoping they include the muggle/no mag world; and other schools in the next game) and the variety of missions, goals, and tasks is truly spectacular in volume. !!!HUGE GAMEPLAY MAP!!! Tons and tons to do, and even more things to discover and find. 5th playthrough so far, still finding new things, and its by far the best Wizarding World Game kicked out thus far.. sucks the plans for add-on content was tossed but I know it makes the next entry even more worthwhile and worth the wait.. my future has pre-orders planned out, and alongside MassEffect, is the next wave from the Wizarding World %100.. kudos to the team, thank you to the investors, and cheers to the next game being as good of a success!!

Fun

I got this as a gift from my oldest and we still play this game.To this day, game was received as advertised and many, many, many hours of playtime, fun have been had and continue to be had great game

this game is like Bully, Skyrim and Monster Hunter rolled into one. the story itself progresses like one big Hogwarts tutorial. im 35 hours in and still being taught new features and spells in classes....but its fine because of how eventful the school is at all times. the open world itself is equally a pleasure to explore. the northern part of the map in particular is Fantastic with its eerie dark forest full of enemies....while the southern part of the map is more green, narrow and spaced out. its not a HUGE map and it doesn't need to be. smaller more eventful maps is the way it should be. character wise, i have to say that i LOVEEE the physics of the custom female i created. the way she traverses stairs and properly takes steps. pivoting on one foot to immediately change direction. the slight shift of her hips when casually walking and how each step relays a weight. how her hair and scarf flail in the wind when in full stride or if its windy outside. she feels like an actual human woman when in any motion and it's just a beautiful thing to watch. also, the way clothing and outfits properly fit her. i spent so much time just styling her to find an appealing combination. excellent job by the developers putting so much focus on movement and style and making this character feel REAL. as far as the game being region-free, it worked perfectly on my American based 2015 xbox one. the game froze and dashboarded here and there but it never effected the game saves or my xbox at all.

A hard game

Game worked great. Slight glitches but nothing interfering with game play.

Super Harry Potter fan here. This was a gift from my husband. Our whole family loves this game to play or watch each other play. There's so much to do in this game, you'll never get bored. We're only on the Easy mode right now tying to learn the game, can't wait to see how difficult later it will get. The characters are not the same as the book or movie probably due to royalties however, you won't be disappointed they're similar and very cool. The graphics/colors/dialog and scenery are spectacular, i just looked around for over and hour. The Floo Flame was a little difficult to figure out at first, but there are lots of YouTube video's out there to help you along the way. Christmas is just around the corner, i would highly suggest this as an awesome gift you will not be disappointed.
