I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with both the quality of my recent order and the subsequent return process. Upon receiving the item, I immediately initiated a return request due to its substandard quality. However, the pickup service has been entirely unreliable. Despite a scheduled pickup for March 27th, no agent arrived, and the status remains stuck on that date without any update or resolution. I expect an immediate escalation of this issue, as the lack of coordination is unacceptable and has significantly delayed my refund

plus points:- increases your height by 2 inches looks good comfortable negative points:- the quality of the material is very bad after buying it , the sole is bend to one side which makes your walking style very uneven and can even lead to injuries.
