Makes everything you use it in VERY BLUE. Great natural alternative for food colouring. Some people buy this as a health food supplement, there are cheaper ways to increase protein and get your B vitamins haha

Great Natural Pigment
Wow! Really an amazing natural pigment! You just need a tiny bit to have a great colour. I tried on a cake whipped Oat cream and in a cocktail. Do not put a lot, because it has a slightly eggy smell.
