Very ease to grip helps with hand strength. Quality if very good well made. Light weight very ease of use and movement. Their is no sharpness so no worries about hurting yourself definitely has a good safety mechanism. Great value for money you spend. Design is nice and ver functional.

I’m beyond glad this is a practice butterfly knife, because if it wasn’t, I’d currently be typing this review with my nose. Seriously, this thing is perfect for people who want to feel like a ninja but don’t have the coordination to back it up. The blade is thick, but my confidence while flipping it? Razor-sharp. The wooden handles feel sturdy, and the weight is just right for all my wannabe trick moves. Sure, I’ve dropped it about 500 times, but the important part is that none of those drops ended with me in the ER. It’s not just a trainer—it’s a life-saver. Literally. 5/5 would recommend to anyone who wants to show off their butterfly knife skills without becoming a cautionary tale.

Had problems with one unit but the seller was very responsive and quickly replaced it.

I bought this soley as a fidget toy. It works good but beware it's very cheap and you would need to locktite the screws as they will constantly come undone after some many flick opens of the blade. Other then that for the price can't complain

This is a good choice when your first starting out with balisongs because it’s cheap, you’re gonna be dropping it, and being more rough than you would if you were experienced. but the cons are that the washers aren’t too great and depending on how much you use and mess with it they tend to last 5 to 6 days before you start noticing a major decline with the quality. Now I tried to tighten the screws and it worked, but after about 10 to 20 minutes of messing with it, they get loose again but I can’t complain too much for the price, they last long enough to learn the basics and get you comfortable to where you can either get a nicer pair trainers or a actual balisong.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This trainer was way too heavy and clunky. After use for 4 days the screws became loose and it didn’t latch, then we tightened them and it worked again…then two days later the screws became loose again and the screw went flying and we couldn’t find it. Now we have to look on Amazon hoping to find a match to fit it. Would not recommend to buy!
