The best insulated stein is finally perfected!!
The coated versions of this stein were already practically perfect, as the generous size, chunky handle, and all the benefits of the insulation made these my favourite go-to vessel for my drinks. Unfortunately, the only limitation of the original green-coated version, and the black-coated version (and I suspect any of the coated versions) was that the coating eventually started to crack and come off after multiple sessions in the dishwasher. I even contacted Stanley customer service to suggest they produce an uncoated version with just a metal finish to alleviate this issue. I am happy to say they have released this uncoated version now! Probably not as a result of my advice, but I'm just so happy they decided to produce this - it is now in my opinion the best beer stein/general drinking vessel in existence (or at least based on all the many insulated mugs I've tried over the years). Thank you Stanley for attaining drinking perfection!! :)
