Can these help with cold feet in bed?

We do not recommend to use the toe warmers outside of (closed) shoes, as they might become uncomfortably hot, if they get too much air / oxygen. Furthermore you might not recognize that in time, while sleeping. Kind regards, THE HEAT COMPANY

I am having a problem as these hand warmers are not heating up properly - how exactly should they be used?

I’ve found it’s best to activate them about half an hour before you want to use them. To do this you squeeze and move the contents of the warmer around in your hand one at a time. Then don’t leave them exposed to the air as they will just cool down again. Instead put them in the pocket or glove that you want to be warm. They get quite hot and last for over 4 hours - just right for a round of golf in cold weather
