Flax seed milk best option for me.
The flax seeds are very healthy and highly recommended in my case. I am very happy. Flaxseed milk is like soya milk but a bit more liquid. I compare to Alpro milk and assume that Alpro adds much things that makes it more creamy. I am glad I have found a vegetable milk that also does not block the iron fixing on my red blood cells like. Alpro soya, almond, coconut etc is no way to me. I am glad that vegan milk have been found. I don't believe in milk from animals being hood for us.

Good if you have Heart Disease
I tried this because I am intolerant to cows milk and Flaxmilk is recommended for people with Coronary Heart Disease. It is a pale clay colour so do be prepared. It is not white milk! Unfortunately this milk is not my cup of tea, but I am glad I tried it as I do have heart disease. Worth trying if only to see if you like it. From a health point of view it is viewed as ideal for heart disease sufferers.

Great product - tastes fantastic
I found this very strange at first but it's so low in sugars and so high in Omega 3 that I persevered - now I couldn't be without it.
