Love the massager! Worked great for my knee and back! Had to contact customer service when mine stopped turning on. They were able to work with me and get me a replacement!

Our old Renpho massager died in less than a year. I decided to give this model a try. It works well. The pressure is adjustable, allowing you to decide how hard you want to beat yourself up. The various heads screw on and off easily. It is a bit heavy, but no worse than the old one. It's the price you pay for a cordless model with decent power. Very Happy, and I hope it holds up better than the old one!

I’ve been using this for a month now and it’s working out great it’s just a little bit heavy because of the battery pack but it’s really nice and it’s cordless it charges really quick. The only thing I can say bad about this is I wish it had a handle at the end or maybe some little little bumpy for a grip because it’s when you’re hanging it upside down. It’s hard to hold on when you’re using it on your back. Otherwise it’s a great product. I’m really glad I bought it , it has been helping me a lot.

The massage unit is very nice and works great, however, the angle of where to plug the charge code was not great and it caused the connector to bend and break the first time I used it. Luckily, I had another charge code that worked and the same thing happened.

Great unit at an excellent price. Has a long handle and uses usb cable unit. Previous unit had shorter handle and charged from a12volt charger. Also, it was twice the price. I use it offen. This is the unit to buy.

This is large. It works well and I will keep it but it is heavy and bulky. Not good to travel with. Like the attachments and different speeds / patterns. Not the best for women.

I made an order on July 3rd.2025 for the Megawise percussion handheld back massager. Originally there was an issue with the appliance and Amazon.com customer service was no help at all. But thank goodness that Megawise Customer Service they assisted me and a resolution was given. The Megawise Customer Service agent was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I used this product only a few times a week. It worked fine until recently (5 months after purchase). Now it just beeps when I try to turn it on, even after charging for hours. I contacted their customer service and Beverly responded, asking for a video to confirm the defect. I replied quickly with a video and they sent a replacement quickly.

I got the rechargeable (cordless) model. It is heavy, but it is powerful. I’d say it’s too strong to use high up on your neck, or directly on joints like knees or elbows, but it DOES work stubborn knots deep in muscles really well. I went hard on a couple of areas on my shoulder blades because they cause tension in my neck and lead to headaches. I was sore the next day as if I had got a deep tissue massage - but the knots were looser. If you have tightness or knots and know how you react to a deep tissue massage, I’d recommend this unit. Although there are a few modes and you can change the speed of the vibration, I just use the plain, steady mode. It is NOT a relaxing, kneading or stroking motion. It is what I’ve had massage therapists refer to as a “thumper” I read one review here that said this is not for the faint of heart, and I agree. If you are serious about working on some problem areas, this is the machine for you. The battery lasts more than long enough for a session and it charges quickly. I LOVE it, but my therapists also commonly use their elbows and lean in during my massages. I hope this helps you decide if this is the unit for you - it won’t be good for everyone.

I bought this because of everyone saying it's a little heavy. I didn't want something I would have to try to put pressure on, especially on my back while on my stomach when all you have is wrist control. It's really not as heavy as I expected. I got doctor approval, to improve my circulation with this. Frankly, it feels and works like a professional grade physiotherapy massager. There's 3 rubber and 3 plastic attachments. The peeler disk takes one of 2, and although it's a little difficult, I just used the handle end of tweezers to get them on the disk. Each attachment just screws on and it simply should be snug. It bumps and turns at the same time, and has speeds and pulse modes that feel incredible. Follow the warnings, because all you need is a few to 15 minutes, and avoid bones and joints, to feel ecstasy. Extremely happy with this purchase. As usual, if anything negative happens, I will edit this review.

For the reviewer who gave the unit 1 star due to the “ that the FIST-BEAT MASSAGE ADDON HEAD and TWO POINT MASSAGE ADDON HEAD [not having] nut feet on the other side”: The parts are not defective. The instructions on the box and manual says those silicone parts should be attached to the peeler head. Review: First time using this device and so far, so good.

The price may seem good but theres two other better value handheld massagers that does better job than this megawise. Pros usb c charge color variations multiple massage heads 5 modes and speed.
