Can't really say, have only had it up a few weeks and it's covered by a patio. It did handle a recent thunderstorm storm with no issues; again it's mostly protected by a patio roof so exposure was limited.

Is the bottom weighted to keep bugs from entering?

The bottom isn’t weighted but the screen opening is magnetized the full length and it works beautifully. It stays 100% closed, I have never had a single bug come in, my dog (who weighs 27 lbs,) pushes through w/ ease and it closes neatly and completely behind her every time

How many tacks does this come with?

Does this come in a size big enough to fit a single car garage door?

I don't believe so. The one I have fits a standard doorway 36 x 80. Works great! I love it...
