Looks great and works as advertised

Wood soaks up liquid and breaks
Only used a couple months and the wood and it is falling apart. Also do not use for lemonade with any pulp in it. it got completely clogged up and wouldn't serve any liquid at all. Sadly has been a major disappointment.

Got this for my boat. Way better than I needed but I smile when I use it. No leaks. Great tap. Good capacity. Not cheap but hey - it's good.

Paid $120 for a water dispenser I expect perfect product
Poor quality control, spout has exposed / cracked glass. My 1 star isn't based on the product functionality, only based on the poor quality of the glass spout Returned.

Gorgeous Dispenser!
I LOVE this dispenser. It's absolutely stunning in design, and loved that it's glass, too. Easy to put together and clean up. It's a bit pricey when you consider dispensers in mind, but dang... worth it. Bought it to use intentionally for my friend's baby shower and it got a ton of compliments!
