Really like this Brand of homeopathy - I like the quality, results and I like the pot design, with its easy turnable end, releasing the pills as you need them and gently.I've been using homeopathy for over 20 years and i mostly always get quick results from this natural medicine. The body is a well timed, well tuned fantastic living machine and one tiny tiny micro dose of a mineral it needs can make a massive change to our health.

I use Ignatia when my moods are all over the place and find it very helpful. Despite current media trends I'm a great believer in Homeopathy. The dispenser that Helios use is the best I've come across, hold the bottle upside down and twist the cap and your remedy is delivered into the lid for you to pop into your mouth without the need to touch the remedy (which you aren't supposed to do apparently). Very convenient and easy, unlike other makes out there.

I used this product to help Allie Kate my painful grief. It was recommended to me by a friend and did help me.
