Great amount of torque for my robotics needs. Operating at 6v with no efficiency or continuity drops. I am only using them to wirelessly control Potentiometers on high voltage bench top DC Motor Speed Controllers for operating my homemade robotic farm equipment. So far so good. This is more of an item that will prove itself over time, so perhaps this product review is a little premature at this time, but so far they are doing just fine to suit my needs and I am satisfied with them. Great product. Tested the servos and they are smooth and jitter free. Well-constructed. Contains all the horns, including the round ones. Works well with good torque even with 5V drawn from the Arduino board powered from USB. Packaged individually in a static resistant bag and all six came in a cardboard box without any shipping damage. Needed this for my robot project and they are good. Will need more and buy again from this seller and will recommend to others. Ordered some other MG90s servos of the Miuzei brand. Will post the review when they come in.

Ended up using this for a cat toy with an arduino. Has good strength to get the string to move, can be a bit fast though but can be adjusted with code. As for noise, it is a bit louder in which makes my cat a bit hesitant at times

It is not stable on HJ servo tester. Cause other servo from different brand stop. Also on tester some of them makes clicks sounds and tine shack while holding position. I think it produce a lot noise that unstable whole system. But i had no problem on RX receiver with mixing. I decided to keep one brand and do not mix them.

All the motors worked fine. Moderate noise level, def not silent. I used a module to adjust the speed at which they work and they work well with other loads.

Total junk and useless for precision applications. Serves do not return to center and there is excessive play / slop in the shaft. Poor design.

Reliable Power on a Budget: A Miuzei MG996R Review I recently picked up a Miuzei MG996R servo from Amazon, and I have to say, I am incredibly impressed with the value for the price. This digital, metal-geared servo is a fantastic option for hobbyists looking for solid performance without breaking the bank.

I checked, and this model does have metal gears. Good product.

Looks very well made. Solid and works well on test bench.

This motor works well; it's exactly as it's listed. The only problem I've had is that the measurements provided for it are off by more than 1 mm each. Now I will have to do all the measurements myself, which cost me a little extra time and testing.

I used these Miuzei MG996R in a full size Star Wars Droid. All 4 servos worked, have good torque and are a bit quieter than other similar meta gear servos.
