Large, with nasty taste
I have no way of assessing the vitamin and mineral content of these tablets. Like all suopliments you are taking their word for it. I have no reason to suspect they are anything but accurate. The tablets themselves are massive, and taste awful. Releasing that taste nearly instantly. I suspect many will find these hard to swallow. Otherwise, fine.

Not easy to swallow
I went for this one as it was labelled 'easy to swallow', but it really isn't - it's too large. I end up having to break them in two, and sometimes have to crunch them down. Three stars as a good set of vitamins included, but if easy to swallow is a priority I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
