Awesome automatic on/off BRIGHT light comes on as advertised.
This is a very small but effective weapon light addition to my Ruger LCP. Installation was easy and despite reviews that the battery level is weak, I have not found that to be true. I am not continually drawing the weapon but on the occasion I do check the light, it shines brightly. There are three settings, off, continuous and strobe. Evidently there is a sensor built in to the unit that senses when it is holstered, not exactly sure how it works but the light goes off when I holster it and then comes on when I draw it. Comes with a spare set of batteries. Included in-the-pocket sticky holster is great and will not print, at least not through my jeans and dress slacks. I would highly recommend this light. Video is how it looks snd operates on my LCP.

Great idea, but just not bright enough.
It's a neat concept, and having the light come on automatically when the pistol is drawn from the holster is definitely a great feature, but it's just not bright enough to be very useful. Viridian says that it's 100 lumens, but it doesn't look it, and it's barely bright enough to back light the sights for aiming. Viridian's "no hot spot" technology makes the light look a lot dimmer than it is. It also means that you can neither use that non-existent bright spot in the middle to clearly see the face and hands of the perceived threat, nor can you effectively use the light for rough aiming at close ranges like you can with lights that have that hot spot in the middle. It's better than nothing I suppose, but I can't recommend it.

Sort of Confusing Title
Read this description completely. This unit does not come with a laser. It is only the light. The light is bright and it fits the trigger guard well. If you are only looking for light, then it might fit your needs. However, if you would also like a laser, you might shop around for another unit.

Super slick weapon light
Super slick weapon light. Not very bright, but will easily blind an intruder in a very dark house and allows for critical target identification. The automatic on/off seems reliable, i've put a few hundred rounds downrange so far without and noticeable changes in function. The holster it comes with is decent for outside the waistband. Its Molded plastic with a cowhide back with belt slits on either side. The downside is finding compatible holsters. I went with Crossbreed Holsters and I'm very satisfied with their craftsmanship. I wish the on/off button was located on the right side to allow for activation with my right (strong side) hand's index finger. Its just a little to far forward to reach as is (i have long fingers). Its also recessed flush to the casing, so its almost impossible to feel in the dark, especially if you're in a panic. Simple solution is to keep it in the holster always. Use the factory holster for your nightstand. If you need it quick, just draw it and you have instant light. This might be an issue if you have to go beyond your nightstand and dont want to have constant light while moving though your home, but thats what my AR15 is for :) I do recommend this light. Very solid, battery life seems good. Looks amazing. And it fits very snug to the point that it almost seems molded to the frame.

its the only baby glock light available
This is the only light available for this gun, it is samll does not through out a massive amount of light, and im sure given a beating the light would fly off. however after shooting and practicing with my gun for over a 1000 rounds it is still on tight works well and some light is better than no light. The magnet auto on function is very nice alien gear and cross breed holsters make holsters specifically for this unit and NSR also makes a custom holster with magnet as well. SO it is a nice feature and I use the auto on feature all the time. Their are times you would not want the light on such as when drawing in your car at night. bad guy is out side the car and you flash your self with the light on the closed windows in the night can give up your draw when you have a advantage of the bad guy not being able to see you draw. So their are some times I do not use the auto on function, however walking and drawing in the night that auto on is nice, I have my draw down to the point I can draw before the light comes on lol, this is easily compensate with training, so auto on doesn't meen its on when you need it but its close. I like this light I recommend it especially for baby glocks as their is no rail and no other lights its more than no light as is dependable I change batteries about every 6-8 months because I dont use the light much. you will want to still carry a light off the gun as well

Nice light and holster!
The LED light (remember, this is NOT a lazer) works well in either constant or strobe mode. When in the "stand-by" setting it adequately lights up your target area when the gun is drawn. The light automatically goes 'off' when holstered just as advertised. The holster is form-fitting and is comfortable enough that you don't even know it's in your pocket. Shipping was fast and in my opinion you can't go wrong with this purchase. I haven't shot my weapon with this light attached yet, but I may consider removing it when I take it to the range just to avoid any possible damage. The light attaches to the trigger guard and is very easy to install or remove with 3 little screws (tool is provided). Would recommend!

MISLEADING advertising
Misleading. The video provided above says the "Key features" are a laser, no laser is on this device. The upside is it comes with a holster that fits the shield with the light attached. Also, not a fan of the light attachment not being able to be quickly removed, it gets screwed on. Will be returning, not really worth $91, especially with the misleading laser feature.
