I AM GENUINELY OBSESSED with this jewelry cleaner. I like that this is a natural formula and it comes with so much in the kit. The packaging is simple yet cute and it SMELLS SO GOOD! I use this in my ultrasonic cleaner for my wedding ring and earrings, and this product alone gets the grime off quick while leaving an irresistible shine giving your metals a freshly polished shine. Containers are durable and leak proof as well. The polishing cloth truly helps get rid of the "oil-slick" larger stones can get from chemical residues. GET THE SET!!! I'm hooked on this brand for life!

This is the best jewelry cleaner I've ever used. I bought this many years ago from a shopping channel and they stopped carrying it. Did a search and I was so happy to find it on Amazon. Everything works great. The silver cleaner removes all the tarnish with ease. The polishing cloths work great. The pink liquid makes your gemstones and diamonds shine like nothing else. The scent is wonderful and this cleaner has no harmful chemicals so it doesn't harm your jewelry. Don't hesitate to buy this it really works and it cleans everything and makes it look like new! You can even use it on costume jewelry. Will purchase again!

At the risk of sounding like an infomercial, I am going to write my review. :) First, a little background info. I recently got engaged (2 months ago to be exact) and have been showing off my ring (and staring at it) daily since then. I love the way it sparkles but it does tend to get dirty very easily. I have bought a couple other jewelery cleaners on Amazon (a cloth and the cleaner in the red jar) that are nice, but I still take it to the jeweler for a sonic clean(It gives my ring that "extra" clean look)every once in awhile. Okay now for my review: As soon as I received the cleaner(today), I instantly took off my beautiful 1.3 carat princess cut ring (useless details about the ring granted, but im still in the newly engaged phase so added it for my own pleasure.) and submerged it in the liquid (after reading the pink flyer thing from front to back first of course). I only let it sit in there for about 30 seconds and then I used the little brush that came with it (which I think is really for the tarnish cream but I dont care),brushed it then rinsed and wiped clean. OMG my ring was shining like the first day I got it. Amazingly enough, its even better looking than when I go to the jewelry store. I read where someone else said that, and I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about the comment but it is true. Now just to be fair, I will say that my ring was not all that dirty before I used the cleaner. I didn't really need to keep it in the cleaner for an extended period of time. But, I did get cleaning happy after I saw the brilliant shine of my engagement ring. I pulled out some other items (a pair of earrings, an old gold chain, and a CZ ring) that were in great need of TLC and I am VERY happy to say the Caribbean Gem worked wonders on them as well. I dont think I will ever use a different cleaner. This stuff is amazing. I only wish I would've tried it first prior to buying the other cleaners. But you live and you learn. Okay after proof reading this, I am convinced that I sound like an infomercial but it is all true. If you are in need of a GREAT jewelery cleaner PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give this a try before you invest in anything else. You will not be sorry.

This stuff is amazing. Works on ALL jewelry as well. I literally put a plastic bracelet trinket that my friend likes in it since I was cleaning a lot of pieces. Just a little quick dip, and even that was shining. lol I love it! Doesn't have a horrible chemical smell either.

Does not to an incredible job at eating away meat fat or the accumulation of gunk (such as skin particles, dust, etc) from the inside of crevices or intricacies inside of rings/jewelry. I did not expect it to work as a solvent, though. I just don't want anyone to get the idea it does. The scrubbing brush works fine to remove any excess debris. This solution is great on gems/stones/metals, and very delicate. It does a fabulous job at cleaning everything, removing smudges, fading, and adding a beautiful sheen; making antique jewelry look almost new again (beware if you want to keep that vintage look!). If you have the money and need for an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner, I would recommend saving the money. Overall a great kit for the price.

I have a lot of jewelry that I haven't worn because they've been so tarnished and dirty for so long. I'm 52 and I have jewelry dating back to my 20s. Finally got around to cleaning everything. I did my research on best products and thought I'd give this product a try. I got to say that I am blown away by how well it works! I do a few pieces each night, and it's been kind of nostalgic remembering who gave me some of the pieces as well as where I've worn some of the pieces over the years. It's been so satisfying to see them come back to life. I start by using my sonic machine with the jewelry cleaner. I scrub with a little brush they provide as well as a toothbrush. I rinse and then I use the tarnish remover and polishing cream and do the same thing with the brushing. Then I put them back into the sonic machine for another clean and repeat that process as necessary. The last step I do is the gold and silver polishing cloth. I could not recommend this product any higher. You will not be disappointed if you put in a little bit of time and elbow grease, your jewelry will come back to life and you'll be excited to wear them again.

This stuff is your one and only need to save all jewelry. Whether it be sentimental pieces or costume jewelry, this is your go to. I love that it’s easy to use and doesn’t smell harsh of chemicals.

Pros: does not have the overpowering chemical smell of most jewelry cleaners Con: not a strong cleaner so if you have very tarnished jewelry, you may want to pick up something more powerful I ordered this because of the reviews stating it had a pleasant smell and worked well. It does work ok as long as your jewelry isn't very tarnished. Unfortunately, I have a lot of silver jewelry and many pieces are looking a bit worse for the wear. It's on me for being so neglectful. For the pieces that weren't very tarnished this cleaner shines then up beautifully. If you are a jewelry owner who keeps up relatively well with cleaning, then this will be a great product for you. It's gentle as well, which is great for delicate stones.

Ok, what can I say about this kit other than it's the absolute best jewellery cleaning product ever, and it doesn't irritate even the most sensitive of skin as it isn't a harsh chemical, yet I can still be used in an ultrasonic cleaner. My last one, under a different brand name but absolutely the same product, lasted me about 7 -10 years, so although it may seem expensive, it is worth every penny. I was so happy when I found this! can be used on most gemstones, but as normal, take care with pearls and porus stones like Amber. AMAZING PRODUCT!!!!

I love this jewellery cleaner. I buy a lot of second hand silver and find the anti tarnish cream an absolute must. It really lifts the tarnish and marks off when used properly, and trust me some of the jewellery I get is in really bad condition. The banana and coconut oil brings the gems up beautifully and gives a high shine to the metal.

Cleans my yellow gold and my wife's palladium with diamonds and saphires a dream and you don't have to worry about leaving it in too long. One yellow gold item was quite tarnished after a previous cleaning but this got it back with a bit of elbow grease. I'll only use this in future.

My silver jewellery was black with tarnish. Used this as directed and its all shiny like new........... no overnight soaking required and most of my pieces have gemstones so no need to worry about that!
