Is this advisable for people with thinning hair? Will this weigh down your hair?

Only if you are not allergic to the Isopropyl Alcohol listed on the back of the conditioner and conveniently missing from the ingredient list on this page. It is regular alcohol and half the people are allergic to it, hence the negative reviews. If you are not allergic, then it is A ok for thinning hair.
