This is great for helping my 4 year old work on his fine motor skills. It's a fun activity he can be creative with and it's a lot of fun pulling the string out to make the popping sound. This is well made and I love that it came with two pens. It allows us to do it together or his new favorite is to have both loaded and try to use one in each hand at the same time.

I purchased this after I talked with a friend who has a child with down syndrome and a toddler. She raved about how great it was in improving both kids' fine motor skills and building hand muscles. My kids are a little bit older and don't have those issues, but I still thought it would be a good non-electronic way of keeping them entertained in the car. The silicone of the pads is thick and durable. The plastic of the two styluses that came with it are decent. The shoes strings are about what one would probably expect. Thankfully, I had a gallon zipper pouch to store all of it because the box it came in was not going to last.My kids were really excited to play with this, and it provides about 30ish minutes at a time of entertainment. It was perfect because there were two styluses and two silicone pads, so I didn't have to listen to arguments about sharing. Unfortunately, my kids lost one of the styluses, and I can't find a way to replace it without buying the entire product again, so I must now play referee.The product is great. I'd recommend it and buy it again for friends/family with young kids. I just wish there was a way to buy a replacement stylus.

I bought this for Christmas and split it between my nephew (3) and daughter (6). My nephew has been going to OT and I thought it would be a fun car or restaurant or, for today, snow day activity. We just tried it out and my daughter’s been playing with it for about 2 hours now. Once she made one or two she really got creative with it. Photo is her first based off suggestions.

I am an art teacher and bought two sets for my art room as an early finisher station. Wow!! All the kids from Kindergarten through 6th grade love these and fight over them. (I do too!) They really are relaxing and yes, it is so satisfying to pull out the string when you are done creating! I’m hoping to find a sponsor so that I can have a whole class set! Fantastic product.

This product is sturdy, exactly as described, and as an adult I can absolutely see the benefits of it. I tried it out as a calming technique for a 2yo and that's where I went wrong. I still recommend the product - but I would suggest keeping it to ages 4 and up unless your toddler's motor skills are unusually well developed.

These are a hit with children and adults that visit our room when they are out. Great tool for fine motor development, easy to use, and fosters creativity!

So happy with this! My daughter loves it and will play with it hours at a time. It’s quiet and keeps her focus so it’s great to bring with us places where she needs to play quietly. The boards can be linked together for a bigger creative area or used separately which is great because then her and I (or her and her friends) can enjoy it together! Highly recommend!
