Pistachio Tastes Like Almond
I echo what other reviewers have said, the pistachio tastes like almond. May not be so noticable in baked goods but it is not good enough for gelato. Very strong, only need drops. No scent in the food liquid just taste. Has a sort of nasty aftertaste that clings to the back of your throat. Disappointing as I have always used Sugarflair colours but wouldn't bother with the flavours again.

Great flavouring
The pistachio flavouring arrived quickly . I used it to enhance the flavour of a pistachio sponge cake and it did the job perfectly . The sponge tasted fresh and full of natural flavour which obviously came from the fresh nuts I’d used too but I felt the flavour had more depth compared to when I haven’t used it in the same recipe

The product doesn’t taste anything like pistachio and it is also very bitter so u can’t use it at all it is going to garbage now what a waste
