Really delicious
I make these pancakes for the whole family, and we all love them. Only I am gluten free. Great with lemon and sugar. Or with savory fillings. Recently used them as the base for an Ottolenghi recipe. Much better than sorting from one gluten free flour.

Really awful pancakes. Do you like concrete? That’s what they taste like, but more bland. And you have to cook the whole pack in one go. You are better off just looking up vegan or egg free pancake recipes. 👎

The only wheat-free buckwheat pancake mix I've ever found. Unfortunately, the cooking instructions give you only the option to use the whole boxful of ingredients - which makes far more pancakes than I can eat in one sitting. However, I learned to freeze the extra pancakes that are made and then put them in the toaster when I want to eat them. This offers a much more satisfying crispy texture than pan-frying alone, so I won't attempt to figure out how to adapt the instructions to make smaller batches.

Love this pancake mix, it’s so versatile. I can add spices and vegetables to it and make spicy asian pancakes or do a sweet version. I love the fact its gluten free and vegan

TASTELESS albino pancakes from the United Kingdom. Mfg in Australia and Italy? I made the whole box per directions. Changed the temp, added oil, adjusted cooking time. Ghostly white with some brown spots. Growing up in maple sugar territory in upstate New York, eating buckwheat pancakes in the woods at a working sugar shack, I was REALLY disappointed. My wife tried one bite only. Skip it. This is not buckwheat pancakes should taste like.
