Great piece of kit for home workout
Great piece of kit. Bought these to help with deep squats and upper body workout. I’m in my late 60’s (female) and I’m loving it. Easy to install over a door. I followed YouTube videos to perfect technique but found it easy to incorporate into my fitness regime. Definitely need a days rest in between workouts as literally every muscle gets used.
