Well I will say you have to pay attention to what you are doing to put this on right. When you have it on the door right it does work. I purchased 2 so when my family and I are traveling we feel safe and secure in our rooms.

This little gadget saved the whole weekend! I stayed at my best friend’s place, and the guest room has no lock on the door. Thanks to this, my 4 year old godson could NOT burst in at sunrise - saying heyyy Tee Tee, wake up! Gave us time to wake all the way up and get dressed on our time. Lives in the suitcase because it can work anywhere we go.

At first received This lock was perceived to be well made And works well , however, after only a few days of use , cracks appeared on the edges of metal clasp , it was Just hanging on the door for normal use without any heavy push , indicating that metal material is of very poor and low end quality!
