Perfect replacement seat.
Perfect fit to replace a broken WC seat in a house we had recently moved into....easy to follow instructions also as "top fitting" meaning no crouching in awkward spaces to fit! Sturdy so far.

Great replacement, but note new fittings size (included).
High quality toilet seat, bought as a replacement after the soft close gave up (over 5 years of use). The only thing to note is that the fittings (the "prongs" that the seat pushes onto) are a different width to my previous model, they are now thicker, but fortunately you get the new fittings with the seat, so it was a pretty simple switch over to the new fittings, fitted from above. All good.

Seem to have received urine marked used item with missing fittings
Immediate return after opening - toilet seat arrived missing some of the fittings necessary for installation. Also, appear to have received a used item - I certainly wasn't expecting to buy a new toilet seat and have it arrive with what appears to be urine marks dried on top and underside of the seat!

Works well but overpriced
Had to buy this to replace the existing in our rental property. It is ready enough to replace and it works well but why is this priced so high?

Perfect fit and function

feels flimsy
Not sure why but this seat just doesn't feel as well made as the original seat we replaced. Its feels more flimsy and creaks about every time we use it.

Stop sending broken items
Ordered one of these. Arrived broken. Sent it back and requested another one. Also broken. Sent back again and refund collected.

Broken after 7 months
Broken in normal use after 7 months. Cannot return for repair / refund / replace. Not a happy bunny.
