This is a solid beginner espresso machine. I’ve had mine for about two years with no operational issues, but a few things are worth noting: - There’s no pressure gauge, although the product claims it can reach up to 20 bar. - It comes with single and double shot filter baskets, but they’re narrower than standard (about 49 mm vs. the typical 58 mm). In practice, I can only fit around 10–11 g in the double basket. Since a proper single shot ranges from 7-9 g while a double shot usually needs 14–18 g, I end up using the double basket with ~9 g to pull what’s effectively a single shot. - The milk frother uses an eductor-style design (steam tube with an outer sleeve with a small hole on the side that pulls in air). It does aerate the milk, but I’ve struggled to get a good swirling motion for proper texture. - The frother nozzle is a bit short, so you’ll likely need a fuller cup or a shallow container to position it correctly. Overall, it’s a good entry-level machine for everyday coffee, but it’s not ideal if you’re aiming for more advanced techniques like latte art.

I've had this machine since August 2023. I can tell you it's been an uphill battle from the start and a lot of eb and flow. Some days, even weeks, it worked flawlessly. Other days, that became more and more often, it failed miserably. I have my own espresso beans ground for it and use it every morning. The amount it brews varies depending on the day and the weather outside and maybe even the star alignment from the night before. There's no rhyme or reason. I love espresso and can tell you it hardly ever brewed the correct amounts for a single or double shot. Over the last few months I have not been able to get much of anything brewed through the filter and when I remove the portafilter the cup is full of water and coffee grounds. I tried everything cleaning and washing anything I thought would help. I blamed the double insulated filter cup and tried a brand new one in addition to a single insulated filter cup where the holes are still visible and I still only manage a few drips at this point. There's no information on warranty or assistance and when you click on the troubleshoot page of the manufacturer it says "page not found" so I'm out whatever I paid for it and am on the hunt for something different. The only plus I can give this thing is that unlike so many of the others, the coffee brewed nice and hot when it actually came out.

I adore my coffee maker!!! It's exactly what I was looking for!!! I love that strong coffee, just the way I like it!!! Few espresso machines can achieve that!!! But if you prefer a milder coffee, you can get that too, and that's exactly what I love ☺️ I can treat myself and my guests at home!!! It's to the customer's taste 😉

The machine is working but dispensing only cold coffee. I couldn't use it immediately I bought it because it was supposed to be a gift. Unfortunately that experience got ruined because the recipient cannot even enjoy such an expensive gift, and I cannot even send because it is past the return window.
