Moomin and the Birthday Button Paperback – Picture Book, 1 July 2010

Our 2 year old loves this book. We read it five times the first day and daily since we got it. The illustrations are beautiful and the story is long enough to keep a toddler engaged but not too long that their attention starts to wander. This is now a favourite bed time read. I can remember reading Moomin books when I was young and it is nice to see they have aged very well.

I had previously borrowed this book from our local library and the kids (aged 2 and 5) loved it so much that I wanted them to have their own copy. It is a beautiful story with a very happy ending after an emotional couple of pages. Love the illustrations and bright colours, would recommend.

The artwork throughout the book is amazing. I bought it for my 54 year old mother who loved it. I'm 16 and I love it. Moomin is a great story for young and old. Will continue buying more moomin books.

A lovely introduction to the world of Moomin and his friends. My daughter has regularly requested this as her bedtime story since she received it for her 3rd birthday, 8 months ago. We look forward to more Moomin stories for pre-schoolers.

Present for a six year old. Received well and is an invaluable aid to learning.
