Q: How to factory reset the device?

Press the M button on the back of the device for 10 seconds to enter the factory reset mode. A factory reset will erase data from your device and reset device settings to its original system state.

Q: What is the operating temperature range of EcoBlu?

The operating temperature range of RadonEye is 32°F ~ 104°F and Relative Humidity < 80%.

Q: How often does the device need to be calibrated?

The calibration is not required by law for consumer devices, but our manufacturer initially calibrated EcoBlu. Also, EcoBlu is expected to have a service life of 5 years but this depends on usage conditions, wear tear, etc.

Q: how do you turn off the alarm?

Mine has beeped once when it registered 4. I turned on a fan in the basement where it’s set up and once the air started moving it stopped beeping.
