After all the research and so much confusion about which brand and model should I buy, I went with this one - Caresmith Charge Boost. The reason I went with this brand was because of positive reviews of its after sales service. And it's been over a week, and man, it's absolutely worth it. My mum, grandma and my myself has just got habitual to this massager, and especially my mum who has a lot of back problems just love this. Now, she needs massage on a daily basis. Hehe. It gives you an instant relief, though temporary only. But, I guess that's what these massagers are supposed to provide. Battery life: I was really skeptical of the battery capacity, and even after looking for more than 25 massagers, I couldn't find positive reviews about battery life. But, this one had decent reviews, and hence I went with it. And man, up until now, it has really exceeded my expectations. All I can say is, it can give massage to 3-4 people (around 2 hrs) on a single charge. It has got a quite good grip. Though a bit heavy, it's quite comfortable in hands because of its compact size. Although I haven't tried other brands, but I can say, you can go with this one without any further confusion. Reason I found for not going with these brands: DR PHYSIO: Bad after sales service, because their parent company is somewhat different, so it's difficult if your unit gets faulty in future. CULT: A lot of bad reviews regarding the battery life. Overall, I am quite satisfied with it. And yeah, I got it for just 1233/- in sale.

Value of money product.

Writing this review after a long period of ownership. I purchased this product about a year ago, and it was used only 6–8 times during the first six months. Gradually, the battery started developing issues and now it runs for barely a minute after being fully charged. Unfortunately, I did not contact Caresmith support when the problem started, so I cannot comment on their after-sales service. However, the product did not meet my expectations. It stopped functioning properly within six months despite very limited usage, which was quite disappointing

On July 10, 2024, I purchased this item for my mother, who experiences leg pain, and she is very satisfied with it. I also use it occasionally when my legs feel sore after workouts, and it works wonderfully. I highly recommend it if you are considering a purchase.

Product Review :- 1) Received in brand new condition 2) All accessories were there in package 3) Product use and Warranty details clearly mentioned in on the box as well as in user guide 4) Different massage heads to target different muscles group 5) Easy to remove and attach head to the gun 6) Gun has 6 intensity levels , which is enough to relax the muscles give full comfort. Let it be you are having normal body type or athletic or you doing a muscle workout. I feel it suits to all and give great relaxation. 7) Noise level is almost zero at the moment , great grip. good in appearance and portability.

Here is my honest review, well the first time I ordered I had some issue with the product it wasn't working, but after the customer care they exchange the product with a new one and it's now working perfectly, as I do workout,go to gym this massager really helps me with my sore muscles and it's a good value for money product. 4 stars from me, had to cutoff a star due to those issues, but it's all good now
