With regards to volatile components, the chemical composition of cinnamon essential oils depends on the part of the plant from which they are extracted. In bark essential oil, cinnamaldehyde is the most represented substance, with a content ranging from 90% to 62%–73%, depending on the type of extraction, this being higher for steam distillation than Soxhlet extraction. The other minor volatile compounds are hydrocarbons and oxygenated compounds (i.e., β-caryophyllene, benzyl benzoate, linalool, eugenyl acetate, and cinnamyl acetate). In cinnamon leaf essential oil, the main component is eugenol, which reaches a concentration of more than 80%. Most DoTerra (and Young Living) EOs are ingestible. Eden’s Garden oils aren’t. They work beautifully in my diffuser and for other non-internal uses, for muuuuch more reasonable prices!

The "Aphrodisiac" blend works well for that. I haven't tried this blend for those results, but I don't think it would work as well. It smells better though!
