Really helps my anxiety!!! ๐
This oil smells like lemongrass, which I love, so itโs uplifting and I find myself taking deeper breaths while wearing it. I put it on my wrists, chest, behind my neck, and on the soles of my feet. I have had anxiety and panic attacks for decades and this, along with CB Therapy is doing amazing things. The scent is not overwhelming but itโs lasts for a while. Iโm planning on putting a cotton ball doused in the oil in a Ziploc bag while at work so I can take deep inhales of this amazing oil! Highly recommend!

Needs more OOMF
Very unique smell, it's absolutely enjoyable but also very strong on the lemongrass, does it help with anxiety?... I think it certainly could if it had more of a camphor smell to it to help clear the nasal passages and promote easier breathing that's my own opinion though, it is certainly a RELAXING wonderful scent that I will use for self care days when my anxiety is kicking my hind and I need a little self care pick me up scent!
