Can these be used to trace as real tattoos

You would not want to use this directly as a pattern on the skin, I would not recommend allowing the Temp Tatto Ink to get in under the skin. I am not sure what kind of issue could result. If you want to have the artist or yourself use a light table to traces it onto the Transfer paper used by Tatto artists, that would work as the paper is thin enough to light from behind.

Would it help make the temp tattoo last by putting lotion on it?

Of Course, putting lotion or talcum powder will reduce friction on the tattoo. To make the tattoo last longer, make sure your skin is clean and dry before applying the tattoo and avoid hairy areas. Your attentive care will also make it last longer. At least before the skin is metabolized, it can still maintain a relatively perfect state.

How many sheets do you get?

I ordered one package that consisted of eight apr. 5" x 7" sheets, just like the picture. Six are large drawings, one with 2 medium & one with three small drawings.
