Best 2k monitor, by Benq
One of the best 2k monitor, though it is bit expensive side , but the font clarity and the features it offers, can justify its penny's. Cons- speaker is not that much great but u can easily attend meetings on it

Good one for dev | Value for money
Product is good for development and coding usecases. Pro: 1. 🔗 Supports daisy chaining 2. 🖥️ Acts as a docking station 3. ✓ Main highlight is eye care and coding mode. Really makes difference. But yes, not unique can can be tuned on any monitors by playing around with colors and running picture. 4. ✓ Auto brightness 🔆 is one of the unique and underrated very useful feature. 5. 🖥️Screen size hits that sweet spot at 27 inch for development. Ideally a 24 to 27 inch is ideal. With current microservices and agentic development 27 is bit better then 24. 6. 💹With all the features packaged in this, in deed it is value for money. 7. 🖥️The IPS panel is good. Took few mins initially to settle down. Initially started showing layered pictures and then everything went fine. Using it with thunderbolt connection. One big miss could be dp++ port. This will allow connecting with simple adapter cables to HDMI. Currently it's only dp. Hence would need some active adapter or cable to connect. Dp++ offers better compatibility.

Perfect monitor for coders
Was searching for perfect monitor from long time. Got it in flash sale for 22.5k luckily in May 2023. Features 1. 2 usb type C ports (1 downstream, 1 upstream) : just 1 wire for charging and display, very clean. With another type C, Connect phone or any device and get access to it. 2. 3 usb type A ports 3. Daisy chaining (I am using it to connect one more monitor) 4. Auto brightness 5. Different modes and best part is when you modify each mode like brightness, blue light, volume, auto brightness etc it stays with that mode only, you can change mode and whole settings will change accordingly what you have saved in different mode, one time effort but very very useful 6. Flat base, very nice can be use to place things. 7. 2k screen feels good 8. Very good blue light filter for long sittings 9. Ergo stand 10. Joystick to control settings. 11. Looks premium white monitor, edges are small, no hassle, easy to use. 12. Built in mic with Noise cancellation and on/off switch. Not that useful as its 27 inch screen so u will place it a bit far. Cons 1. Speaker of no use. 2. 16 Amp power plug (use adapter or old monitor 10amp wire) 3. No dp cable (need to buy 300 rs from outside) 4. Benq display software (needs to download from website) doesn't support any feature like screen split etc in this desktop. Only support rotation.

Worts After sale service
Delivery on Time : On the second day, I found that the USB port was not working, and then my struggle started. Amazon's Response: Amazon said they don't manage any issues with the product and that I should contact the brand. They mentioned that if I get a faulty product certificate, they might be able to help. Even if the brand isn't listening, Amazon is not interested in jumping in to solve the problem. Brand's Response: First Day: The first response was, "This is not possible; the USB port should work." After Two Days: On a phone call, they suggested some troubleshooting. After that, the representative said they would log a ticket, but no ticket was logged until then. Next Day Evening: A technician visited but didn't have proper knowledge. He contacted someone on the phone and made a video call to troubleshoot. They finally accepted that the USB port was not working. During this, the person on the phone argued that my devices had issues, like saying the monitor firmware doesn't support my phone, without even knowing which phone I was using. It was a completely nonsensical argument, and they didn't want to accept the problem with their product, instead blaming my gadgets. Next Day: The head office representative said they could send a new monitor but questioned what if it also had the same issue. I was shocked by this response. He said his senior would call me and provide a solution by the end of the day, but no call came. Next Day: I pinged him for a status update, and he gave me another number to contact. When I called, he said he had ordered a new monitor as a replacement and that the team would share tracking details. Again, no message or call came. Next Day: I called again for tracking details, and those tracking details showed that the product was going to another service center, not directly to me. Then after 2 days: Finally, the monitor arrived, and the USB port is working now. The brand doesn't have its own service center; they are managed by a third party. It seems all YouTube videos are paid promotions. Amazon doesn't want to interfere, so you are on your own risk. BenQ doesn't provide transparency in their communication. All communication is over personal phone and WhatsApp, and the customer has to call and ask for details. No messages or updates are provided proactively.

"Exceptional Monitor for Coding and Productivity: BenQ GW3290QT Shines with Clarity and Comfort"
I recently upgraded to the BenQ GW3290QT 31.5" IPS 2k QHD monitor, and it has exceeded all my expectations. The 2K QHD resolution and 99% sRGB color gamut deliver stunning visual clarity and color accuracy, perfect for coding and design work. The large 31.5" screen provides ample space for multitasking, and the IPS panel ensures consistent, vibrant colors from any angle. One standout feature is the Coding Mode, which optimizes contrast and brightness for prolonged coding sessions without causing eye strain. Speaking of eye care, the Low Blue Light and Flicker-Free technology, coupled with Brightness Intelligence Plus, make long hours in front of the screen much more comfortable. The connectivity options are fantastic, with a USB-C port providing 65W Power Delivery, along with HDMI, DisplayPort, and multiple USB 3.1 ports. The built-in speakers are a nice addition, and the monitor's adjustability in height, tilt, swivel, and pivot means I can set it up just the way I like. Overall, the BenQ GW3290QT is a superb monitor that combines excellent performance, thoughtful features, and eye-care technology, making it a perfect choice for anyone serious about their coding and productivity. Highly recommended!

Best for productivity, intermediate designing, multi connectivity
I believe I am the first one to order this device. Release date is 3 April 2023. Bought this for usage with multiple device switch like from laptop or iOS to iPad to cpu. BenQ is a premium brand. It has a 2k IPS display. Display is crisp for my requirements. It has a very premium build quality and design. Looks ultra sleek and perfect of you are looking for such a device. Connects multiple devices, including Mac and iPad. Charges devices simultaneously. Eye care is perfect, hot keys for quick swap in settings. Was looking at Benq Mobius with freesync at 31k, but it was not for productivity. Chose this for 27k. Im not an avid PC Gamer, as i already have an xbox. This perfect for intermediate level designing. Has great IPS display. Coding mode is very useful, gives darker blacks. Connects with pc via HDMI or ctype usb(great feature). Love the white color, looks premium. Was looking for BenQ EW2880U as well but that was a ln old model, came with 4k, but old model, so ignored. Things I didn't like: - Comes with a 16Amp power plug, need to buy and adaptor for 200 bucks. I'm fine with this. - No point is using speakers, very feeble. I am fine with this as i have connected the monitor with external speakers. Has tilt up down, telescopic up down, swivel right left. Note that you'll not get all kinds of features in a monitor at this range. Will update the review after using for a month.

Good for the Price, But Has Some Flaws
I bought this over a year ago, and overall, it’s a good product. However, a 32-inch screen feels a bit too large for a desk setup. That said, it works flawlessly with a Mac. The built-in speakers are poor and almost unusable. Occasionally, weird lines appear on the screen. In this price range, it offers good value for money. The color accuracy is decent, and the resolution is sharp. It’s easy to use, has good build quality, and comes with HDMI and USB-C to C cables, which is a plus.

A single usb C cable does it all!
If you have a laptop with a usb c DP alt mode and charges through it enabling a single USB-C cable to handle video, data, and power which is a very convenient feature which i love about this display just make sure if your laptop supports it. It great for long office use because of the eye care features.

Big fan of this size, and the automated brightness control
I'm a full time software developer. I was using a 25" 1440p Dell (nice, but discontinued) and needed to get a second monitor for another location. I initially picked 25" over 27" on purpose, having read Nick Janetakis's article on the ideal screen size for developers (long, but worth a read). I find text on a 24" to be just as legible as my 16:9 25", but appreciate the extra height of 16:10. I also prefer the colours and contrast on the BenQ, and its ability to adjust itself to the ambient lighting conditions is superb. So in all respects, I prefer this BenQ to my Dell. I'm still using the Dell, but on a different desk. No need to buy stuff we don't need, right? I was also 28" curious, and did try the 28" version. It's got a very nice image, but (as a tiling window manager user) I found that I was turning my head left and right a lot, and rarely looking at things in front of me. It's tall too, so a lot of stuff I'd need to read would be near desk level, which has a fairly negative impact on my posture. Conclusion: I'm far better off when my windows (which fill my screen) are on a display whose edges aren't so difficult for me to see. This is also why I prefer a single screen. I usually put code on one workspace, documentation on another, and switch between them with a keystroke more quickly than I could turn my head to look at another screen. Occasionally I need docs and code side by side, in which case I'll put a browser next to my editor. That works great too. Often I'm working on an app, and will put the app's UI next to the editor so I can see the impact of my changes in real time. Also great. And if I need to see two different files, they're visible side by side in a full screen editor. End result: I'm pretty confident I've got the best monitor on the market for tiling window manager users who don't want to be turning their head a lot, looking up/down too much, etc. Also, on looking up/down, beware a monitor that's so tall that you need to read things above eye level. It requires your eye to be wider open than normal, which increases the rate at which the lens dries out. Combined with our tendency not to blink when looking at a screen, this can increase your chances of getting dry eye disease. I'm now an eye drop user, and I think it's because I used to position a monitor a bit high. So that's another reason not to get a bigger one.
