Wooden Convertible Flexible Reversible Swing/Jhula for Home, Garden, Indoor and Outdoor - Tiya

I am very much satisfied with the Jhula. Its aesthetic view adds an appealing look to our sitting area. The quality of wood and cushion is good and combination of tiles at backrest and hand rest adds a flavor to it. The cushion cloth material and combination is impressive. It accommodates 02 adults comfortably. After receiving the product, I found that there is a little area where the polish was damaged during the transit. I contacted the seller Mr. Mukesh Kumar and he assured me that this is not an issue and he immediately sent a polish. I had a suggestion, the accessories required for fixing the chain to ceiling/POP/Beam hardware should be available (of course optional, as it adds extra cost) as it saves the time to order and receive them. While, I had to wait for some time to receive them, I was suggested by Mr. Mukesh Kumar that this can be used as low sitting sofa and as per his advice I had used it and found comfortable. Although, these accessories are readily available in market, but there will be a color difference which will spoil the aesthetic look. For installation, I would suggest to get a good electrician or carpenter. Overall product is very good and value for money. Mr. Mukesh Kumar is always available on call or whatsapp and response is quick and satisfactorily.

Quality in terms of wood and tiles has met the standard and impressive too. However the cover of cushions was an awful shade and faded too. The material used seemed old too. We don't pay huge amount for old stuff even if it might seem negligible for the seller. Above was my earlier review, on viewing the same seller called me, and replaced the cushion cover after reviewing my choices... really impressed with the service and product now. Totally reliable source for a home swing... do go for it 😀... im definitely a happy customer now.
