The headphones cannot be connected to the device

The headphones stays on, check whether the Bluetooth function of the device is working properly, the Bluetooth driver of the computer device, check whether the audio cable is connected to the headset (you need to unplug the audio cable to use it)

Why is there no sound on headphones calls?

In Bluetooth mode,please check whether the cell phone signal/data traffic is normal, for computer, please check whether the default call device of the computer is H1 device, the wired mode does not support the call function

Why are headphones not noise-canceling

The ANC is available in wireless mode. But it can’t work on wired mode.

Why is the headphone not charging?

Check if the charging indicator is normal when charging (red light during charging, green light when fully charged) Please use the correct USB 5V charger and check if the charging cable is damaged;

Why can't you control the volume in 3.5mm mode

The headset will prioritize the 3.5mm mode, and the headset will automatically power off in 3.5 mode.
