Love the chair. I should have bought one long ago. I would suggest start using it at a lower adjustment because it can be intense until your body gets use to it. Customer service is great.

Works great, helped with a few family members back pain. Personally I love how strong the massage is but for some a bit of cushion might be needed. The reson i took 2 stars off was because after more than a year one of the parts snapped and the chair was useless. The welding on it was poorly done had to take the part to a professional welder to fix it and get the chair properly running again.

I'm a big guy with a high pain tolerance.... however, the lower back massage on this thing hurts like hell. Even on the lowest level it makes you want to jump out of the chair. The foot massage is also uncomfortable. Aside from the chair looking cool, the best thing about it is the airbags system. At the end of the day the point is to feel better after using the chair, Insted it gave me brand-new lower back pain. I would not suggest buying it (1.4 stars).

This chair is intense as others have stated. So if you're very old, never had a massage and looking for a chair to sit in, drink a martini, go la la and feel some tickles then there are better options. However if you want something that will actually make a difference in your circulation and work out your muscles then I would recommend this chair. I haven't used the manual settings but there are plenty of automatic settings and each one is different and focuses on different areas. I really like the high pressure of the airbags as well. I could actually feel my feet tingling from an increase in circulation. The before bed massage puts high pressure on my calf and lower legs and I found it helped my restless leg syndrome. I don't find the foot rollers too intense and I think they're just right although make sure you press the foot box down completely or your calves won't be in the airbags.. The high pressure on forearms and hands also feels great. Before buying this, I sat in a $10,000 chair that had foot rollers and they were useless whereas these ones actually do something for my muscles and circulation. My only negative is as someone else stated the roller can be a bit intense on the very lower back area. I just put a little piece of closed cell foam there and it solved the problem. Not a big issue. There may be a way to adjust the settings on it as well that I haven't figured out. You're never going to find something that is completely perfect and if you want to try.... good luck. Overall I am satisfied with this chair and feel it will be a good benefit to my circulation and relaxation. Getting it in the house was quite a chore. I had to push the 270 pound box up onto my utility trailer and then haul it over to my front door with the lawn mower and back the trailer up to the front door then slide it off of the trailer into the doorway. I would not recommend trying to do this alone as I did. It would be worth it to just spend a little more for in-house delivery unless you know two or three strong people who are willing to help. The chair came fully assembled so that was nice. The remote control is also easy to read and use. I am a musician so I know what good sound quality is and the speakers in this are crap. However most people probably wouldn't notice. I can just wear my earbuds anyway if I want Great Sound quality.

This is an amazing chair for the price. I have the Kyota m898 as well. Compared to the m898 this chair gives a really hard message. I mean, it will hurt so good! If you like it rough this is the chair you want. If you want a chair that will pin you down and push on your back and crack it, this is the one. The m898 practically tickles my back compared to this chair. My only issue with it is the calf message is awkwardly on my knees unless I focus on lining up my calves. But for under 2k who cares. Also, this will really dig into your lower back, whereas the m898 barely touches my lower back. One thing, the m898 does better is the calf message. BTW the m898 is a 13k liar price chair, but I'd choose this integra over the m898! I like it rough! So, if you like a really intense message and your not over 6 feet tall and not too wide, go for it! I'm 5'7 and it's about right for me. Awesome chair for the cash!
