Worked Perfectly
Worked perfectly on the first day of our trip to Rome and continued to work perfectly all the while we were there. Used mainly for GOOGLE navigation but also infrequent text and voice messages throughout Italy. The only disadvantage is that you cannot call the US, however that was not a problem since we used e-mail for all US correspondence. I have used the TSIM cards in Italy, Germany and France in the past and it has always performed to expectations for data, text and voice throughout Europe. I highly recommend this sim.

AVOID for now
I've been buying these SIM cards in past many times for travel to Europe. Very convenient, install it in US, test data connection and internet work great, you come to Europe, and you have internet access for the month. I used you guys in UK, France, and Spain and no problem until this time. This trip to Portugal was a disaster. I purchased 3 SIM cards. Activated in US as usual and it worked great. I arrived at Portugal and after about 5 minutes my data connection stop working on all 3 SIM cards. I contacted support via chat and support claimed that my "PrePaid Europe (UK Three) 10GB Europe SIM Card with 30 Days Validity (10Gb)" has only 20MB intro data plan and if I want to top up my SIM they will gladly assist me. I sent them a link to Amazon product page that proves that my SIM must include 10GB of data, but they decline to fix it. Otherwise, you got sued for bait and switched. I have to end up buying expensive SIM card in airport. Guys, as much as I loved using UK Three SIMs in Europe, you must fix this issue. I'll try UK Three next time, but I'll check the plan status in US before leaving to Europe.

The Three SIM delivers what it promises and the support is really good!
I was very pleased with this SIM card and the support I received during my trip from the UK service provider Three. The only issue I had was the frequent confusing ads I was receiving from Three. Each time I received an ad, I thought I was running out of data or needed to add more money to my plan. I suggest any future data pack user ignore all the irrelevant messages from Three. Just know that you won't run out of data or your phone/text message needs as long as you make phone calls only in Europe. I barely used a fraction of my data or my allocated phone/text message limits. I also recommend buying the smallest and cheapest option if you just want to have access to Google Maps, Translator, and your communication apps and make occasional phone calls within Europe. Overall, I was very happy with the two SIM cards I bought for my long stay in Europe. I would buy these again if I travelled to Europe again. The tech support was very courteous and friendly, however, I think they need to inform the data-pack users to ignore the messages from Three altogether and rest assured that their data and phone message limits won't run out during their 30 day service and that they don't need to top up anything or get confused by Three's messages about running out of funds or need to top-up their account unless they intend to phone or text other continents. Those messages from Three are truly irrelevant and confusing and shouldn't be sent to the Data-pack users from overseas.

Easy Install. Great Tech Support
It worked great while i traveled on a European river cruise, that passed thru Germany, Austria, Hungary. Before traveling, i set up activation date one day prior to actual travel date, it was done via website per instruction. Popped sim card in my US iPhone 11, it had a UK number +44 and numbers. As instruction indicated that it wont be able to call a US number. So i contacted (via online chat) tech support which has UK number +44. A gentleman called my phone with this +44 sim card in, instructed me that "+" with 44 is required if calling outside of UK. I was able to call and text with tech support. With full confidence I started my trip. Turned phone on when landing in Munich, immediately got signal. As did in several destinations after that. Do ignore the message of "top up". I used for App download (purchasing local tours, public transportation), google map, web-surfing. I used it to call people and reservations. I used about 3 GB for a 12-day trip. Of course I used Wi-Fi whenever it was available. I will buy it again-if price still right :)

Worked Fine
I saw a few reviews prior to buying these SIM cards complaining about setup problems or data not being what they paid for. Iโve now purchased these cards 3 or 4 times and have had no problems at all. My only complaint, and I canโt lay it on the card was that I chose a card that did not allow texts to US numbers which was annoying. We got around this by using WhatsApp but not all our contacts used it. Again, this was clearly stated, I made the decision and I chose unwisely. For a few more dollars I should have chosen a different SIM offering from the same provider. I would recommend this SIM and company, just look at all their offerings and choose the one that best fits your needs.

Using a Foreign Carrier's SIM Card Can Be Complicated
When I purchased this SIM card with a pre-paid 30 day plan, I was aware that I would not be able to call or text the United States, (at least, not with the plan that came with the SIM card). I wanted to be able to access the internet, and be able to call and text my brother and his wife, who I was traveling with to 4 countries in Europe on a Viking Rhine River cruise. My brother and his wife at first bought SIM cards for their phones (another brand) at the Schiphol airport in Amsterdam. They had so much trouble trying to get their phones to work that they put their original SIM cards back in and used an overseas plan provided by their United States carrier that charged $10.00 a day. They were able to call and text me and each other, but I couldn't call or text them. I attempted to put some money on my "Three" SIM card account (thinking that this would allow me to call and text my brother and his wife). I used the "Three" application I installed on my phone, as well as also using their website, but in either case I was not able to do it. I wasn't able to get past a question on the form that asked for my "Post Code". I'm not sure what they were asking here. I filled in my zip code for my U.S. address, but this didn't work. I got so frustrated that I eventually gave up. I could still access the internet, and I was able to make a call to the Viking Cruises long ship that I was a passenger on. I was also able to be called by my brother and his wife, and receive texts from them, but I couldn't answer the texts. In addition to this, I eventually learned that we would all need to add the country code of the carrier (to the beginning of the phone number we were calling) regardless of what country we were in at the time. If my brother wanted to call me, as an example, even if we were in the Netherlands, he would have to add +44 (the UK country code) to the beginning of my phone number, since I was using the SIM card of a phone carrier that was based in the UK. And since my brother was using his U.S. carrier's SIM card I would have to add a +1 (the U.S. country code) to the beginning of his phone number, if I called him. I never knew that using my phone in Europe would be so complicated.

Worked well for traveling in Europe
The prepaid SIM worked as advertised. Got one for myself and husband. Used in England, Ireland and Iceland. It said to activate before trip but I did not change out my normal sim until we arrived in Europe. It took less than an hour to activate. We were able to call each other, restaurants, hotels, etc. Plenty of data for google/apple maps while driving, etc. No calls back to US on this plan. I wanted a euro esim but could find nothing available. Hope they will have these soon as next gen iphone won't have a sim tray.

Hours of hassle, didnโt work.
This was a giant mess for us. We bought 2 cards to cover 2 months in Austria. We spent a few hours trying to get it to work before leaving the US, and were assured it would work as soon as we reached Austria. Upon arrival to Austria it did NOT work and sent a message that we needed to pay someone to make it work. Now itโs too late, we could not make it work and we werenโt going to pay more money after we bought the cards.

Worked like a charm, once quirk was discovered
Worked beautifully while travelling in Germany, Romania, and Poland - likely would have worked in Turkei too, but I didn't contact tech support quickly enough (assumed it was roaming location issue). Tip for users: if you have data but it cuts out after 180mB or so, try REMOVING the SIM and reinserting it. I totally forgot that could be the trick to fix it and on my first attempt to contact tech support they just confirmed my registration/start date (it worked initially, that wasn't the problem), but the second email they suggested removing the SIM and re-inserting it. I had tried restarting my phone a couple times, but it never occurred to me to physically removed the card and try again. Worked perfectly from then on. So much cheaper than roaming data! The only improvement would be an eSIM if I had a different phone.

Piece of Cake!
Ideal for older phones that don't support eSIM. Detailed yet easy to follow instructions on how to activate and use the SIM Card. Tested activation a day or two before leaving Australia. Immediately connected to local networks in Denmark, Sweden and Finland when I arrived. Everything worked flawlessly.

Great price amd much cheaper than paying roaming fees
Great price and a lot of data. Cheaper than paying roaming fees. Break even in 2 to 3 days. Easy to install and up and running in minutes. Cannot call north America on this SIM , however if you have what's app already set up you can still call him

Donโt buy as a travel sim
Can only use 12gb of the total data outside the UK, not great for travelling around.
