This water purifier is great. I installed in under 10 mins and the water taste great. I used a ppm tester and it scored way better than bottled water and tase great. I really like not having a tank and enjoy all my under the sink space back. They also send you a extra filter if you mail back the post card in the box. GREAT DEAL!!!

ge RO water filter should be stopped selling to public. I bought a ge washer previously to the ro system. I liked the washer quality so I bought the ge water filter. what a mistake. at first use, the filter system worked good. after 6 months , filters were changed. all good? at the end of the year, filter change again. plus an additional step that was crazy. iff the system is slow to produce water, a small insert part needs cleaning. i tried to remove the hose with help from several ge technicians, 4, all with things to do to get this small part out of the inside of the filter. next this little part broke and ge said a whole new unit would have to be purchased at a cost greater than the origenal part. i will continue to try to prevent others from buying this unit. the unit is still under the year warrentee yet ge says amazon is responsible and amazon said ge is responsible. what happened to honest businesses working for their customers? I will not buy a ge product again and will try to keep others from buying anything made by GE.

It is smaller than the other canister filter set ups. the water quality is great but it flows slower. I like it.

Follow Directions to the T on cleaning and installing. Its a plumbing device something is bound to leak the first time. Hold your mouth right and install it and run before you see another drop.

R/O unit had a leak from the back of the unit. Not a leaky hose. Took small plate off of the back where it was leaking. Rubber O ring was missing and the diaphram was greasy. Unit was wet when it was origionally removed from the plastic. Appeared to have been used prior to being received by us.
