Is the 130mm bolt length outside end to outside end or inside of bolt to end of thread? I need a bolt that will fit a 130mm gap between the forks.

Excellent wheel, axle components lack flexibility

The wheel is excellent. The axle tube was not quite the right dimensions to fit between the fitting holes on the barrow, so some work to shorten the axle tube and fiddle with the diameter was required to ensure a secure fit.
