I strongly advise against purchasing from GOODLUCK Furniture. I bought the Luxury Look European Style Living Room Sofa Set for AED 3,609, expecting a high-quality product as described. Unfortunately, the product was nothing like what was advertised.The sofa turned out to be of extremely poor quality. Despite normal usage, it deteriorated quickly, forcing me to spend an additional AED 1,100 on repairs just to make it usable. I reached out to the seller with photos and videos showing the defects, but they were dismissive and unhelpful, claiming the product has no warranty.The seller clearly misrepresented the product's quality, and their lack of accountability is unacceptable. To make matters worse, Amazon has not been supportive in resolving this issue. This feels like a case of outright fraud, and I regret ever trusting this seller.Save yourself the frustration and avoid buying from GOODLUCK Furniture. It’s not worth the money, time, or headache.
